The company APT spol. s r.o., ID No.: 00569861, with its registered office at U Tesly 470/5, 198 00 Prague 9 – Hloubětín, hereby announces, in accordance with Act No. 125/2008 Coll., on Transformations of Companies and Cooperatives, as amended, that a project for a demerger by way of a spin-off has been prepared.
The planned transformation is part of the company’s long-term development, aimed at further specializing individual activities and creating conditions for more efficient management and further growth of the APT group.
This reorganization has no negative impact on the services provided or on the fulfillment of obligations towards customers, business partners, and employees. APT continues its operations and remains a reliable partner for the implementation of its projects.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 33 of Act No. 125/2008 Coll., the company is publishing information regarding the filing of the demerger project in the Collection of Documents of the Commercial Register. The demerger project and related documents are made available to the extent and in the manner prescribed by the aforementioned Act.
