Conveyor systems
We supply automated solutions for manufacturing and logistics. We provide conveyor lines for individual and palletized parts, palletizing systems, and shipping lines with advanced control systems. We also offer track systems for automatic dispensing, such as car seat covers in car seat manufacturing.
Electrical engineering project work
We offer complete electrical projects: preparation of automation designs and workplace solutions, production of drawings, production of switchboards including FAT, assembly work, SAT and commissioning, as well as inspections.
Deliveries of control systems, including software
We offer a comprehensive solution and workplace design, including the supply of control software for industrial automation systems (Siemens Simatic and Allen-Bradley, including Safety). This also includes the supply of a database solution for data archiving and process visualization on industrial HMI panels, or according to customer requirements.
End of line tester (EOL) for testing car seats
The device tests mechanical properties (SBR sensor, headrests, massage, lordosis) and electrical circuits (airbag, heating, seat belt lock, seat position, lighting, ventilation, memory functions, LIN/CAN). EOL testers are compatible with production systems and can be supplied in a fully automatic version with OK/NOK result recording.
Integration of robotic workstations
The integration of robotic workstations involves connecting machines, fixtures, electrical equipment, and software for their proper functioning. This includes, for example, robots for handling parts, welding and pressing machines, gluing, spot welding, laser welding, automatic marking, feeding tables, electrical installations, control panels, and comprehensive workplace safety.
